The first plot to be built on Quarry Park Road with special attention to the proximity of the existing house Aston Lodge, which had to be demolished to make way for Little Aston. Our care and attention to detail saved our customer having to rent alternative accommodation while their new build took place. We maintained a very close relationship with our client living on the site and having fortnightly site meetings.

Several years later, the property was sold and the new owners had fresh ideas of how they wanted the property to look. They asked Avey & Son to remodel their dream home. Changing the look of the exterior, the interior was also transformed to a very modern, contemporary design.
