Near the hugely popular Miller & Carter restaurant on the Stourbridge Road, a dilapidated barn was transformed through an ambitious conversion which required structural scaffolding to prop up the whole building.

It was then turned into two luxury three-bedroom dwellings, named Granary and Dairy. The property had been in poor condition but was transformed, thanks to Avey & Son’s care and expertise.
