Thirteen luxury properties ranging from three to five bedrooms were the end result of this stylish barn conversion project. Prior to construction starting the buildings were infested with rats, the site needed to be made ready for the construction work and Avey & Son rose to the challenge.

The character of the site was retained to maintain the feel of the original buildings. By giving new life to the old agricultural buildings, they have become a modern small community of luxury dwellings.
