An external face-lift to a building of historical interest was delivered on a busy high street corner in Birmingham. With access limited to a rear yard, Avey & Son conducted a full refurbishment of the office space, bringing them up to  modern standards.

Keeping the historic features in a sympathetic style, specialist work was  needed to repair a spire and accompanying clock, which had both seen better days. Seeing them restored to modern standards from such poor condition was the icing on the cake for the team as they delivered in style.
