An office and viewing gallery were constructed by Avey & Son for expanding mouldings factory Petford Tools. The original call had been about building a simple garden wall at a domestic property in Kinver, but it progressed into an opportunity to work on a growing factory site as the owner identified Avey & Son as being a potential partner to deliver the quality needed.
The new business premises needed to be able to impress international clients, giving them a bird’s eye view of the busy modern factory floor from the viewing gallery. The development also offered extended office space, constructed with mezzanine floors and steel and block work.
